REFUND POLICY

Certification, licensing, and digital course products are non-refundable once accessed.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered ONLY if:
• A user purchased duplicate orders by accident
• A technical error prevented access
• A program was cancelled before start
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

⌔ Digital curriculum access
⌔ Downloadable materials
⌔ Completed courses
⌔ Youth program registrations after start date
Once materials have been viewed, downloaded, or accessed, refunds cannot be issued.
