Each renewal cycle includes:

- Alignment Review: annual check-in meetings or digital reports verifying proper implementation.
- Data Exchange: submission of anonymous outcomes or insights gathered from using THEE S.C.H.O.L.A.R.™ materials (to help THEE S.C.H.O.L.A.R.™ Doctrine strengthen its curriculum and measure impact).
All submissions honor privacy standards: no personal client information is collected.
